We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and office admin associate to join our team. As an sale and office assistant team member you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients and taking care of showroom customers. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Sales assistant for all stone countertop surfaces and cabinet and tile, responsible to assistant project and sales managers to grow and maintain business with Retail and commercial customers, Designers, Architects, Kitchen Manufactures and Builders.
Summary of essential job functions.
• Responsibilities
• - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory- Assist in account management tasks- Support sales team with customer service inquiries- Help negotiate contracts with clients- Assist in business development activities- Handle incoming calls and emails- Maintain organized filing systems- Assist with market research tasks- Utilize Salesforce for data entry and reporting- Support outside sales representatives as needed
• Experience
- Proven experience in an office environment
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer service practices
