Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our team
You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, scheduling installations and ensuring a positive experience for every customer
Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers over the phone, and via email
Order Management: Process orders, schedule installations, and follow up with customers to confirm details and address any concerns
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to products, services, or installations
Work closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective solutions
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services
Share insights with the team to enhance customer satisfaction
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, installation, and technical support teams to ensure seamless customer service and support

Key Responsibilities:
