We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Staff to join our team and support day-to-day operations.

You will be responsible for handling payment follow-up with customers, accounts check, data entry in software, and coordinating with the office team to ensure work completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct payment follow-up with customers and maintain accurate records of all transactions
Check accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Perform data entry in software to maintain up-to-date records of daily transactions
Coordinate with the office team to ensure work completion within deadlines
Utilize your knowledge of Excel, Word, Tally, and email to support office operations
Requirements:

Proven experience as an office staff or similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficient in Excel, Word, Tally, and Email
Excellent communication skills in English , Tamil & Hindi
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
