Job description
Focusing on exceptional service delivery, Focus Resourcing seeks an accomplished Office Assistant to support our team on a part-time basis for the next 6-+ months. This role covers maternity leave, offering a 35-hour workweek and flexible shifts between 8am and 5pm. The annual salary for this position is £25,000.

The ideal candidate will boast impressive administrative skills, effective communication, and technical expertise.
Primary Duties:
• Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism
• Gather and organize invoicing information on Excel spreadsheets
• Maintain relationships with clients through regular updates and interactions
• Update the company's CRM system and external portals with accurate data
• Complete various administrative tasks as required
