Location: London
Shift: Monday - Friday, +am - 5:30pm
Salary: £14.36 p/hr

Staffing Match is currently recruiting for an Office Receptionist role in London. This temporary position is set to run for 1-2 months (duration TBC) and offers a competitive hourly rate. It's an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills and a professional attitude to support a busy office environment.
Office Receptionist - Role Overview:
As the Office Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring the efficient operation of the office through various administrative and support tasks.
Office Receptionist - Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and greeting visitors, managing access passes, and maintaining a professional reception area.
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, liaising with couriers for timely deliveries.
• Performing general administrative duties, including ordering office supplies such as fruit and milk.
• Coordinating with service providers, including cleaners and on-site workmen or building maintenance staff.
• Setting up and arranging meeting rooms for events and meetings, including dressing them up or down as needed.
• Assisting with catering orders for meetings or events.
• Working closely with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure office safety compliance.
• Communicating with building management for any office-related needs.
• Supporting event coordination and ensuring office spaces remain tidy and organized.
• Performing ad hoc duties as required to support office operations.
Office Receptionist - Skills and Experience Required:
• Previous experience in reception or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a 'can-do' attitude.
