The Office Services Assistant is responsible for providing onsite support for our client site
The ideal candidate will be a hardworking professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure
This position is to assist in the Office Services department of a law firm*
Administrative tasks – Assist Office Administration in daily tasks or follow ups on client matters or office needs
Supply – Responsible for office supply inventory including the kitchen
Conference Room Set Up (Documents, food and drinks if necessary)
Keep kitchen and lunch area organize
Refill kitchen supplies such as coffee, cream, napkins, and others
Helping to set up events within the firm
Provide Excellent Customer Service
Perform other office duties as assigned
Document Services – Copying, Scanning, Filing, Printing, etc. (confidential documents)
Mail – Scanning and routing incoming mail, posting and sending urgent matters accordingly
Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, FedEx, etc.)
