Experience-
• Total experience:- 4- 5 years as operation executive in interior
• Minimum experience:- 2-3 years in operations or project management in the interior design or related industry

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, business management, or a related field is required.

Profile Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Executive to join our interior design team. As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of interior design projects. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee procurement and logistics for design projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure projects are executed according to specifications.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Continuously seek ways to optimize project operations for increased efficiency.

Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of interior design processes and materials is a plus.
