Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior PEB Sales professional for a full-time position located in Bangalore. This role is ideal for an experienced individual with a background in structural steel design and project management. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in supporting our projects with your expertise and will work towards fostering sustainable urban development.
Qualifications and Skills
• Must have experience with structural steel design and an understanding of its principles to effectively lead sales initiatives (Mandatory skill).
• Strong project management skills to oversee and drive multiple sales projects to successful completion (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed and precise engineering plans and blueprints.
• Knowledge of Tekla Structures for the modeling and detailing of steel structures to ensure accuracy in planning.
• Experience with STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design, enhancing project viability and safety.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) to improve collaboration and project delivery processes.
• Advanced skills in SAP2000 for integrated structural analysis and resilience in project execution.
• Competency in Revit Structure to streamline project workflows and reduce project timelines.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive PEB sales growth in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure client requirements are accurately addressed and executed.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to effectively demonstrate product capabilities and benefits.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and the competitive landscape.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed proposals and negotiate terms with clients to secure profitable business deals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address queries and provide solutions promptly.
