Job Description

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

Processing enrollment & entering data and tracking for instructor led trainings, e-learning programs and any additional program as needed.
Processing registration request sent via supervisor, training director and/or self-enrollment which includes participant validation.
Managing correspondence regarding training confirmations or updates.
Perform PeopleSoft ELM data entry activities, including but not limited to creating courses, activities, enrollments and completions.
Tracking participant status in registration, attendance, completion and follow-up
Perform PeopleSoft ELM Administrator activities, including but not limited to submitting requests to HRSS for catalog items, learner groups, and other HRSS query requests when needed.
Provide assistance to training team including but not limited to creating and processing attendance sheets.
Assist with training room set up and breakdown, including media and laptop set up.
Provide assistance to training team including but not limited to creating and processing attendance sheets, setting up training rooms, ordering specific training materials.
Assist in preparing and submitting reports as requested for all training programs, including but not limited to reporting number of completions for specific training sessions and providing facility specific training data.
Assist in set up for live/WebEx events.
Other projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications

1. A Baccalaureate Degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Psychology or related field, with emphasis on personnel administration, employee and management relations or related discipline from an accredited college or university; and,
2. Five* or three** years experience in personnel management, employee relations, management or public administration, with at least three* or one** year(s) of progressively responsible experience in personnel management, employee relations programs, administration and benefits in a large public or private organization; and,
3. Comprehensive knowledge of theory and principles and their application to personnel administration in employee relations, including aspects of training, employee development, labor relations, knowledge of research design trends and developments in personnel, employee relations and general management fields; or,
4. A satisfactory equivalent of education, training and experience.
