Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to the procurement team by assisting in sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials for pipe and infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Pipe Crew project teams, resolving procurement queries, completing take-offs for site works, creating and issuing purchase orders, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Liaise with and support the pipe crew project teams, resolving procurement queries.
Complete take-offs for site works including sewer, stormwater, and water.
Create and issue purchase orders.
Perform administrative tasks.
About You
">
You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word is required.
You should have a strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the civil construction industry is highly regarded but not essential.
A current driver's license with reliable transport is necessary.
