We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our client, who is a dynamic and a fast-growing Consumer Health company based in Sydney CBD. This a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Answering and directing phone calls promptly and professionally
Scheduling and managing meeting room bookings
Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
Providing administrative support to various departments as needed
Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements
About You:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation and demeanour
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role is desirable.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
