We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The position is to provide exceptional customer service, while also supporting the other team members. In this position you will help share in the duties with the existing administrative assistant as well as preform some marketing duties such as website updates, social media updates, along with other items to help support our growth. Responsibilities

To greet clients either in person or on the phone with a friendly professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while taking accurate messages as needed.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and files.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
To ensure that customers concerns are taken care of and directed to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
Assist with social media posts and updates as well as other marketing items.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Supporting the franchise owner in other daily, weekly and monthly activities, such as running reports, maintaining data bases, etc.

Requirements

Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in a show room setting.
Computer skills are required for use with franchise based on-line systems that we use for our appointments, quoting, ordering and shipment tracking.
Strong knowledge of data and order entry systems as well as on-line booking systems
Ability to learn the processes and procedures we have in place along with gaining product knowledge to help better direct clients.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks is preferred.
A positive attitude and willingness to assist others in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
