This position involves the execution of various routine administrative tasks on a daily basis
Manage smooth office operations by handling opening and closing procedures
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with account inquiries and receiving payments
Demonstrate efficiency in typing correspondence and maintaining accurate documentation
Contribute to organizational efficiency by updating project lists and assisting with tax return processing
Create a welcoming environment by greeting and attending to clients and visitors
Ensure a clean and organized workspace, including the lobby and kitchen area, while keeping the refreshment station well-stocked
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with extended hours during Tax Season and Saturdays (January - April)
