Onboard clients with a clear account plan highlighting the revenue potential, risks and mitigants.Conducting customer interviews.The responsibility for managing the entire Banking and Financial needs of the customer as a Single Point of Contact from the BankSource New to Bank customers and build and sell assets, trade, cash management and forex etc. to the customersAsset opportunities to be sourced aligned with the bankâ s lending normsMaintain a high level of quality and consistency while proposing various facilities for the customer.Maintain nil delinquency in the accounts sourced.Understand client requirements, ensure superior service and provide regular updates to the client on financial markets developments and on clients' portfolios. Cross-sell of trade, cash management and foreign exchange-related facilities.Creating credit scoring models to predict risks. Responsibility is to maintain relationships with HNWIs to ensure their assets remain with the financial institution. Build a diversified portfolio and reduce concentration risk in the portfolio.Regular feedback to the credit and portfolio team about various developments in the clientâ s business. Work closely with the monitoring team for early warning signals and take appropriate actions as identifiedBuilds and maintains relationships with clients and customers. Help the branch in building liabilities book through these new-to-bank relationshipsImplement & execute IBG 3 business strategy to increase market share & to achieve targets consistent with IBG3 revenue, ROE & Cost / Income ratio targets.They will help them with sales opportunities and draw in customers.Regular Tracking of progress on the agreed key metrics towards delivering on the strategy.Good sales and negotiation skills.Track developments in the respective markets and provide feedback to the Branch Manager and the central teamResearching and evaluating clients' creditworthiness. Increase the wallet share with the customer by constantly exploring opportunities to cross-sell other products offered by the bank.Thorough monitoring of accounts sourcedPerforms a role focusing on client relationship management, including client acquisition, provision of personal financial advice and ongoing servicing of retail clients.Keep track of customerâ s business and report any early warning signalsGood mathematical and computer skills.Ensure that the covenants and conditions prescribed by the credit team are consistently metAdherence to strict KYC/AML requirementsApproving or rejecting loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses.Identifying and communicating customer needs.An individual working as a private banker must establish a rapport with individuals quickly and build trust with potential or current clients.Acquire High Net-worth Clients & mine existing relationships.Some relationship managers work only with clients, working to solve any business or technical challenges that they face. An interest in financial products and markets.MIS is to be provided to the central team for further reporting, within the stipulated guidelines.Excellent communication and listening skills
