Job Summary:
The Betel Leaf Co. is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail sales efforts and drive business growth through effective product listing, sampling, visibility, and offers at stores.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong knowledge of our products and industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely listing of our products at retail stores, coordinating with store managers and buyers to secure optimal product placement, and organizing in-store sampling events to promote our products.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and influence store managers and buyers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this position.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Retail Sales Manager will be required to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to increase product visibility, ensure point-of-purchase materials are displayed correctly and prominently, and negotiate and implement promotions, discounts, and other offers with store managers and buyers.
