We are looking for a smart, ambitious Sales Associate in our Brand Solutions team who understands B2B media sales and has experience working in industries like Edtech, Gaming, Media, Fintech, Adtech, OTT, Social Media Commerce, or agencies. This role is focused on market expansion, reaching new territories, and building relationships with emerging startups.

What You’ll Do

A. Sales & Market Expansion
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects across early-stage startups and high-growth businesses.
• Drive B2B revenue generation by identifying and closing new business opportunities in untapped markets.
• Execute a consultative sales approach, ensuring tailored solutions for clients instead of push selling.
• Manage inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential clients in new industries and geographies.

B. Account Management & Relationship Building
• Own and drive long-term relationships with clients to ensure sustained revenue contribution.
• Work with internal teams to conceptualize and execute client deliverables.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.

C. Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence
• Keep a constant pulse on market shifts, competitor movements, and emerging client needs to refine sales strategy.
• Use data and insights to inform go-to-market decisions and feedback to product, content, and marketing teams.
• Take ownership of feedback loops, reporting, and forecasting with attention to detail and a bias for action.

Who We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in high-growth environments like edtech, gaming, media, or digital agencies.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; a master’s degree would be preferred.
• Prior experience selling to startups and SMEs/SMBs/MSMEs is a strong advantage.
• High level of ownership and initiative — you don’t wait for directions; you make things happen.
• Strong consultative selling skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, backed by sharp research and lead-gen skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, context-switching, and operating at speed — typical of fast-moving startup environments.
• Proficient in Excel, CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and decision-making backed by data and insight.
