Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead business development efforts for our Staff Augmentation services in the US market. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT staffing, an understanding of the US hiring ecosystem, and the ability to establish strong client relationships with mid to enterprise-level companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and close new business opportunities for full time, contract and contract-to-hire IT staffing in the US market
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
• Understand client needs and match them with suitable technical talent
• Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure fulfillment success
• Prepare proposals, SOWs, and pitch decks tailored to client needs
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Maintain pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of proven experience in selling IT staff augmentation or consulting services
• Must have worked with US clients from the US region (US-to-US model only)
• Strong knowledge of staffing sales cycles, compliance, and billing structures in the US
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote setup
