Job Description: Sales Executive (Bhubaneswar)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This is a hybrid role, involving both field and office work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a clear understanding of sales fundamentals, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 25,000 INR per month.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends.

Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis by actively promoting products and services.

Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.

Prepare and submit sales reports, including activity, pipeline, and forecast reports, on a regular basis.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay informed about competitors' activities and pricing strategies.

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required.

Utilize the company's CRM system to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer information.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and pricing structures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals.

Clear understanding of sales fundamentals and the ability to apply them effectively.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Must have a valid driving license and own a bike for field visits.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Must have a laptop for office work and remote communication.
