Will be doing work from home in initial months, as new plant is setting up in North India, location will be disclosed soon.

Reporting to: VP/ Sales Head/ Country Manager.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and leadership? We’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment and is ready to drive growth, build relationships, and lead key initiatives across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Retain and grow business with key brand partner accounts.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with factories, agencies, and sourcing teams.
• Analyze sales metrics to ensure performance targets are met and strategic objectives are aligned.
• Travel domestically and internationally for meetings, trade shows, and partner engagements.

You’ll Also:
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams.
• Host and entertain visiting brand teams, ensuring a top-tier experience.
• Manage and execute a regional business plan while reporting key outcomes.
• Drive innovation initiatives in collaboration with leadership and product teams.

Who You Eligible:
• A graduate with a B.Com and MBA in Marketing.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strategic, proactive, independent—and a natural relationship builder.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, managing turnover and targeting competitive clients.
• Strong team leader with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in acquiring new clients and B2B sales.
