• *Position Overview
:**We are seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resource Manager to lead our HR initiatives at SheWork.in. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a focus on diverse talent.
• Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining best practices in HR management.
• Provide support to management in resolving employee relations issues and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Maintain HR metrics and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring they are integrated into all HR practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in India.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
