We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Head to lead our sales efforts and expand our presence in India and other international markets. Responsibilities:
v Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth in India and international markets.
v Identify and target key healthcare organizations, hospitals, and diagnostic centres for business development opportunities.
v Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
v Lead the sales team and provide guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
v Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer experience.
v Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
v Proven track record of successfully driving sales growth in the healthcare industry, preferably in software solutions or medical devices.
v Strong network and existing relationships in the Indian and international healthcare markets.
v Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
v Proficient in developing and executing strategic sales plans.
v Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
v Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
v Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field.
v Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in healthcare sales leadership positions.
v Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of hospital processes, equipment interfacing, and automation.
v Experience in selling software solutions or medical equipment to healthcare organizations.
v Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
v Proficiency in English; additional language skills would be beneficial.
