Job Summary - We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our social media team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media and influencer management, with a focus on planning and executing social media campaigns, analyzing conversations, managing day-to-day activities on social media channels, and identifying and developing partnerships with other influencers or agencies.
Responsibilities -
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyse social media campaigns and conversations to optimize performance.
• Manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments.
• Identify and develop partnerships with influencers and influencer agencies.
• Manage LinkedIn profiles to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Create monthly calendars, schedules, and client coordination.
• Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success.
Qualifications -
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, finance, or business
• Experience in managing social media and influencers for a brand.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Hands on social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of BFSI sector.
• Knowledge of audit tools to identify fake followers or disinformation campaigns
