The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, community management, and data analysis. The Social Media Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand objectives, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Define target audience personas and create content strategies tailored to their preferences

Content Management:
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and shareable assets.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
• Implement a content calendar to plan and schedule social media posts.
• Monitor and moderate user-generated content and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.

Community Management:
• Foster a vibrant and engaged social media community by actively engaging with followers and influencers.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and mentions related to the brand.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
• Implement customer retention strategies through social media engagement and customer support.
• Advertising and Promotion:
• Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Identify target audiences and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Monitor advertising metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
• Stay updated with the latest social media advertising trends and best practices.

Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Use social media listening tools and analytics platforms to gain insights and optimize strategies.
• Provide regular reports and presentations on social media performance and progress towards goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
