Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing multimedia content. Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with our messaging guidelines. Social Media Management Manage and maintain our company's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Plan, schedule, and publish content across various platforms. Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, incorporating them into our strategy. Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement. Foster a strong online community and engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactions. Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner. Encourage user-generated content and user participation in social media campaigns. User Friendly experienced with LinkedIn will be added benefit Brand Voice And Consistency Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all written and visual content. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that content aligns with overall marketing campaigns and goals. Work closely with other departments to gather information and insights for content creation. Monitor industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a content writer and social media manager. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent understanding of SEO and keyword research. Creativity and a passion for developing content.. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
