Job Title: Staffing Coordinator
Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to manage and streamline our staffing processes. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment activities, support hiring managers, and ensure that staffing needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
• Act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates to facilitate smooth communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing requirements, candidate progress, and hiring metrics.
• Assist in developing and implementing staffing strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and manage job offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Recruiter, or similar HR role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
