At TopSource Worldwide, we are growing rapidly with great capability in international solutions and a fantastic range of clients.
This role involves strategic account management, engaging with C-suite executives, and uncovering and executing opportunities to cross-sell our services.
Key Responsibilities
• Account Mapping: Deeply understand clients' structures, hierarchies, and decision-makers. Build and maintain detailed account maps to drive meaningful conversations and outcomes for TopSource.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Identify untapped stakeholders, particularly BDMs, using advanced methodologies and tools. Convert initial engagements into actionable outcomes that support client growth and enhance revenue.
• Strategic Conversations: Collaborate with C-suite executives and senior leaders to align on their strategic goals and showcase how TopSource solutions can drive their success.
• Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and close cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Work with Customer Success Managers and internal teams to customize solutions, track client expansions, and uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Revenue Growth: Deliver double-digit growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Develop strategies to maximize client value and portfolio expansion.
• Market Insight: Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity. Share insights with internal teams to sharpen our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Reporting & Insights: Present actionable insights and recommendations based on account trends to both client leaders and TopSource executives. Proactively propose solutions that address challenges and seize opportunities.
What We're Looking For
• Senior-Level Account Management or Business Development Expertise: Proven experience in managing high-level client engagements or driving solution-based sales. Adept at identifying and building trust with key decision-makers (BDMs) within organizations.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), entity solutions, or domestic payroll services is a strong advantage.
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to understand clients' business challenges and craft solutions that align with their goals.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Results-Oriented: A track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets, including driving double-digit organic growth in strategic accounts.
• Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
