Role Overview
This is a great opportunity to join a team of recruitment professionals and be a part of the APAC Sourcing Hub. The role is based in India (Pune) but there is a possibility of working remotely or a hybrid model. As TA Sourcing Specialist, you will support South Asia regions, as well as other markets depending on the business priorities.
The role will require proactively identifying candidates through different sourcing techniques, mainly LinkedIn. The TA Sourcing Specialist has two principal responsibilities: sourcing candidates which include developing proactive recruitment marketing activities, building robust candidate pipelines, conducting phone screens, reviewing CVs as well as providing coordination support including scheduling interviews, posting job adverts, and maintaining candidates databases.
Responsibilities:
• Sources candidates through a variety of channels including direct sourcing (LinkedIn / Naukri), internal database (Workday, Beamery), job boards, referrals, networking, social media, etc.
• Runs the initial hiring stages including reviewing CVs, phone screens, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Works closely with TA Specialists and Hiring Managers to ensure a clear understanding of skillsets, requirements and experience needed for identified roles. Also collaborates with TA team members on different recruitment projects, such as EVP, candidate experience, candidate pipeline, recognition, reporting, development, and hiring managers education.
• Develops innovative attraction strategies including identification of new sourcing channels, as well as shares best practices, and industry and market intelligence data to support the TA team.
• Demonstrates the Smith & Nephew Culture pillars and our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to engage leads and convert them into applicants.
• Drives continued focus on Diversity & Inclusion by attracting a diverse workforce to our company by identifying talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences and styles.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree within Business Management field or relevant studies.
• Work experience of min 1-3 years as a Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist from RPO, onsite, recruitment agency or with an In-House recruitment Model.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with expertise in Boolean Search, X-ray Search, Naukri & LinkedIn, etc. Strong Talent sourcing experience and talent hunter mindset.
• Familiarity with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods
• Customer focus, Innovative thinking and excellent organizational skills
