Job Title: Team Leader/Assistant Manager – Recruitment Specialist
Location: Noida, Sector 63
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate to 7 Days
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader/Assistant Manager – Recruitment Specialist to oversee the full recruitment cycle and manage the recruitment team for the North Zone. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in staffing, bulk hiring, and recruitment within the B.Voc, Flexi, NAPS & NATS industry, particularly in sectors like Automobile, Manufacturing, and Sheet Metal Plants.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
• Manage and execute the complete recruitment lifecycle, including resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures of vacancies.
Sourcing Candidates:
• Utilize job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other innovative sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to the recruitment team to ensure optimal performance.
• Client and Requirement Management:
• Handle multiple hiring requirements across the North Zone.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Process Optimization:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to identify improvement areas.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in staffing, bulk hiring, and recruitment management, with experience in hiring for B.Voc, Flexi, NAPS, and NATS industries.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, strategies, and channels.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high-pressure situations.
