Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Contact decision-makers & screen potential business opportunities in US.
• Managing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities and key accounts.
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
• Expected to make cold calls and engage in direct email communication with International customers with major focus on North America to promote our line of business.
• Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and regularly meet with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
• Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business.
• Being aware of market trends and competitors.
Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:
• Recording of all sales activities in the trackers and maintaining it up to date.
• Meets targets and deadlines
• Should have the ability to open the customer doors for the business.
• Successful track record in sales and negotiation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working experience with sales techniques.
• Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Writing reports and analyzing relevant business data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have basic knowledge of MS Office. Good at using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Industries to focus : Manufacturing/ Automotive /Turbomachinery/Aerospace/Industrial products and machines/Oil and Gas/Process Industries (Waste to Energy/Power)
Qualifications and Experience:
• BE - Mechanical / Production /Auto / Industrial, Engineering graduate is preferred.
• 3 to 7 years of work experience in Business Development. Engineering services industry is preferred.
• Worked in International Sales for any product company with particular focus in EMEA, NA, LATAM regions.

Developer Role and Responsibilities
Your specific duties will be based upon your experience as an RPA /IA developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering RPA/IA solutions in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices. You will work closely together with our enthusiastic team of both business and technical specialists. You will be part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our clients get the maximum benefit.
Expected Activities:
• Conduct Architectural Evaluation, Design and Analysis of Client Enterprise-wide systems.
• Ensure RPA Implementation Team delivers robust system solution to Client Operations.
• Develop, Enhance and Maintain established service design procedure and process to assure apt and robust Solution.
• Work closely with Client Enterprise Architect within Architecture Services team to assure constant compliance of Client’s strategic blueprints and architecture.
• Head responsibility for ongoing suggestions and best practices for UiPath Client Implementations, Custom Solutions, Product Support, and above all the UiPath Enterprise Platform itself
• Collaborate with IT development team to assure architectural solution could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation.
• Identify customer requirements, analyse alternatives, and conduct solution recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations.
• Assist Sales and Pre-Sales team in their client conversations in order ensure maximum conversions and high-quality dialogue.
• Plan, design, and execute complex UiPath Internal and Client Solution Configurations
• Ensure testing assistance and guidance to Implementation Team.
• Prepare and present test plan, Solution Design, technical presentations, analyst briefings plus white papers to respond to different Custom Solution deliverables.
