ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES of a ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT at PEAK PERFORMANCE
Front office responsibilities:
• Managing the calendar of all the professionals regularly
• Booking/cancelling/rescheduling appointments of the patients/clients
• Collecting payments and sending invoices promptly on time
Administrative responsibilities:
• Monitoring the housekeeping and other team members
• Reporting to the Manager regarding any discrepancy related to work
• Maintaining accounting sheets on daily basis
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with sports physiotherapist, strength & conditioning coaches, sports recovery therapist, sports nutritionist and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and facilitate safe return to sport/functional activities.
• work as a good negotiator as in when required.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelors or Masters degree
Degree can be ignored if communication skills are excellent
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Shift: 8-+ hours shift (FULL TIME)
No of openings: 6
Location: Hennur, JP Nagar, Domlur, Whitefield
Education: Any degree
Experience: Freshers - 2 yrs
