Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager in ICI construction to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and methodologies.

Duties

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure financial accountability.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Review blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
Utilize software tools such as Civil 3D, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, ProCore for project documentation and management.
Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Mandatory requirement of experience in ICI space.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools such as Civil 3D, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, ProCore.
Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and blueprint reading skills.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $70,000.00-$+5,000.00 per year
