Executive Assistant – Be the Backbone of a Growing Practice

Location: Camrose, AB (hybrid role)
Job Type: Full-time, Contract, or Permanent
Compensation: $20–$24/hour, based on experience and training milestones
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7.5-hour shifts (30–40 hours/week)

What You’ll Be Doing

Client & Office Support

Greet and interact with clients warmly and professionally
Manage reception duties, answer phones, and schedule appointments
Organize and maintain office files, systems, and supplies
Respond to requests from clients and internal team members promptly
Basic Bookkeeping & Admin Finance

Track office expenses and reconcile receipts
Assist with invoicing and payment tracking
Support data entry in systems like QuickBooks
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

Manage calendars and optimize practitioner and client bookings
Ensure timely and accurate communication across schedules
Problem Solving & Tech Support

Troubleshoot basic tech issues (software and hardware)
Learn and adapt to new apps and systems quickly
Creative & Strategic Support

Once trained, contribute ideas for improving workflow and systems
Assist with on-site marketing and other projects as your strengths emerge
What We’re Looking For

Experience

Previous administration experience (financial or office setting preferred)
Comfortable using Gmail, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office tools
Soft Skills

Friendly, professional, and confident in public-facing interactions
Strong written and verbal communication
Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable
Tech & Math Proficiency

Confident handling numbers and spotting errors
Comfortable troubleshooting tech (especially software)
