Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations
Prepare, proofread, and manage legal documents including contracts, briefs, and memoranda, adhering to strict deadlines and legal standards
Organize and maintain case files, both electronic and paper, ensuring accurate documentation and timely access to important case information
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, while effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines
Handle phone calls, client inquiries, and provide general office support
Assist in land use documentation and related research, utilizing your expertise in this area
Process billing and maintain accurate records of time entries, client communications, and other administrative functions
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring a high standard of professionalism at all times
Perform other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the firm
