Agile Coach Key Responsibilities:

SAFe Implementation:

Lead the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the IT department.
Develop and execute a comprehensive SAFe transformation plan tailored to the project’s needs.
Facilitate the setup and operation of Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Promote and implement SAFe principles across teams.
Lead the rollout of SAFe across the project.
Coaching and Training:

Provide coaching to teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles, practices, and SAFe methodologies.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on Agile and SAFe practices, roles, principles and methodologies
Mentor and support team members to ensure successful adoption of Agile methodologies.
Agile Maturity Assessment:

Assess the current state of Agile practices within the Project/Customer
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance Agile maturity.
Monitor progress and measure the impact of Agile transformation initiatives.
Process Improvement:

Identify areas for enhancement and drive solutions.
Work closely with Project teams to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current processes.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Facilitate retrospectives and feedback sessions to drive process enhancements.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align Agile transformation efforts with project goals and objectives.
Communicate progress, challenges, and successes of the Agile transformation to all levels of the organization.
Change Management:

Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of Agile practices.
Address resistance to change and foster a positive Agile mindset throughout the organization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Agile Coach with a focus on SAFe implementation in large organizations.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is required.
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and training skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in the manufacturing or SCM industry is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a related field.
Additional Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP).
Experience with large-scale Agile transformations in an IT setting.
Familiarity with Agile tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
